Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging without any missing contents. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@ly-can.com with your Order ID, order number, and "RETURN" in the subject line and the product(s) you would like to return as well as the reason for your return in the body. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email containing the shipping label that should have also been sent (may have been sorted into your spam folder). 

Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label(if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office. Please ship the package to the following address: LYCAN, 4th floor, 19, Teheran-ro 34-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (06222)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers will be given a product refund - shipping and handling fees will NOT be refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, intimate or sanitary goods, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, any refund may be reduced.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
